I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it necessary to reschedule appointments. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate our clients effectively, the following policy regarding appointment rescheduling is in place:
Advanced Notice: To use your same booking fee I require to be provided a minimum of 24 hours' notice when requesting to reschedule an appointment.
Contact Information: Clients can directly contact me via text or social media to notify me of the need to reschedule. Or appointments can be rescheduled via email link.
Rescheduling Limitations: Clients are allowed to reschedule an appointment up to one time. If further changes are required, we may need to reevaluate the scheduling to better serve all our clients.
Late Notifications: In the event of rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice or failing to attend an appointment without prior notification, a new scheduling fee will be required.
Flexibility: I understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis for such situations.
By adhering to this policy, I aim to maximize my efficiency in managing appointments while offering flexibility to my valued clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Before a lash appointment, there are a few things you should avoid to ensure a successful and satisfying experience:
Don't Wear Eye Makeup: Arriving with eye makeup, especially mascara, can make the lash application process more challenging. Clean lashes provide a better surface for the adhesive to bond and can help prevent any potential irritation.
Avoid Curling Your Lashes: Refrain from curling your lashes before your appointment as this can affect the placement of the extensions and may even cause damage to both your natural lashes and the extensions.
Skip the Oil-Based Products: Oil-based products can create a barrier that interferes with the adhesive, leading to poor lash retention. Steer clear of oil-based makeup removers, moisturizers, and cleansers before your appointment.
Don't Moisturize Right Before: While it's essential to have clean skin and lashes, applying moisturizer or eye cream immediately before your appointment can make it difficult for the adhesive to bond effectively. Follow your technician's guidelines on skincare routine adjustments.
Avoid Caffeine or Stimulants: Consuming caffeine or stimulants before your appointment can make your eyes flutter or twitch involuntarily, making it challenging for the technician to work precisely. Opt for a calm and relaxed state instead.
By steering clear of these actions before your lash appointment, you can help ensure a smoother and more successful lash application process, allowing you to achieve the desired results effectively.
